Hang Ten Café is a very popular crêperie & coffee bar - or hang loose spot in local surfer slang - at Muizenberg's beach front Surfers Corner.
A place loved by locals and of course surfers because of the relaxed vibes and our excellent coffees. Not to mention the crêpes! Try the ‘What the fudge’ our signature sweet crêpe with home made fudge, banana and toasted almonds. Or the ‘Veganissimo’, as the name says a vegan friendly one. The list goes on! We also serve the best croissants in the hood.
Did we mention our freshly squeezed juices or Power smoothies? The yummy cakes and pastries (some of them guilt free of sugar and gluten).
Sit back and zone out onto the ocean or the beach life while sipping your macchiato or iced almond latte and listen to Jack Johnson in the background.
The owner Alex left Germany and her well paid job 11 years ago to live her dream by the sea. She is mostly around, shooting the breeze or creating some new dishes. If not, she is probably surfing.
